The Warlock requires Soul Shards for certain spells and pets. You receive a Soul Shard by using the Drain Soul spell on a monster as it is dying. A catch is that you cannot get Soul Shards from monsters that don't give you experience. So you can't go into a newbie region and kill easy monsters for Soul Shards. One Soul Shard takes up one slot in your bags, which means you don't want to carry a whole lot of them. However, you do always want to have some in your bags so you can summon your pets. When using Drain Soul the caster cannot do any other action such as move, attack, or cast another spell, or else the spell will be interrupted. If you do not stand still, the Drain Soul will not work. You will need to learn how to do this properly, which can be challenging. |

The Warrior has a red Rage bar. This is similar to a Mana bar for casters. During combat the Warrior generates Rage based both on damage done and damage taken/prevented. You may also generate Rage using specific abilities. The Rage bar continues to fill as the Warrior fights. Once the Warrior has enough Rage points, the Warrior can use different skills that require Rage. When not in active combat, the Warrior's Rage slowly fades to 0. The Warrior also loses all accumulated Rage if the Warrior switches stances, so plan ahead and avoid changing stances mid fight! |

Pick someone to lead the party around. Make sure it's clear to the party that they should be following that specific player. Otherwise, people will wander around and it will become a mess. Wandering players might also wake up a bunch of monsters and cause the party to die. Things are much simpler if the party just picks one person to lead the group. |
